Your Initial Consultation – Free
Our first meeting will be a chat over the phone. This gives us a chance to get to know each other a little, explore what you wish to gain from therapy, and see if we’re a good fit. The therapeutic relationship is incredibly important, so there’s no charge and absolutely no pressure to book.
Therapy Sessions
I offer Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Somatic EMDR both as an integrated approach and as standalone therapies.
Session Length: Around 90 minutes (allow 10 minutes either side).
Price: £70 per session – payable by bank transfer or cash.
Location: Face to face in Lound, Suffolk. If travel is not possible an online session can sometimes be arranged.
Parking
There’s free parking outside.
What if I have to cancel?
Please let me know as soon as you can. Cancellations within 24 hours of a planned session may be charged at full rate (depending on circumstances), or alternatively payment in advance might be requested for future appointments.
