Hello and thanks for looking at my site.
I qualified as a Cognitive hypnotherapist in 2006 and since that time I have really enjoyed working with people to help them make positive changes to their lives.
I consider myself blessed to be living in a lovely little village in Suffolk surrounded by the ever changing seasons and I enjoy taking long walks, either with friends or just me myself.
Apart from that I love to read, write and learn, something I hope I will never tire of.
